Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health or related field with professional registration.
• Experience in complex case management, crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex case management for students facing wellbeing, safety or inclusion concerns.
• Coordinate internal and external support services for positive outcomes.
• Provide leadership, clinical guidance and staff training to strengthen support systems.
