Job summary

The University of Western Australia (UWA) invites applications for a Complex Case Coordinator within the Directorate of Student Life and Community. This role provides complex case management for students and supports wellbeing initiatives.

You will work closely with the Complex Case Manager and the Critical Incident Response team, coordinating timely support and referrals for students facing high-risk situations.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
• Current registration with an associated professional organisation, such as AASW.
• Accredited mental health social workers are encouraged to apply.
• Extensive experience providing case management and therapeutic interventions to diverse students with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex case management services to students with multiple and complex wellbeing issues.
• Assist the Complex Case Manager and Student Critical Incident Response team with coordinating responses.
• Provide comprehensive case management for vulnerable domestic and international students and coordinate services.
