Qualifications

• Preferred 8+ years of professional experience in hospitality, multi unit retail or related experience.
• Preferred 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or other related degrees.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, and business operations experience.
• Demonstrates accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team across multiple buildings and report to an Area Director.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and drive member satisfaction.
• Oversee daily workplace operations with QA and standards compliance.
• Partner with Leasing/Accounts to drive renewals and growth opportunities.
• Manage profitability and report key KPIs to leadership.
