Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating workplaces with direct responsibility for facilities management, customer experience and/or building performance.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day operational delivery of facilities services across dedicated buildings.
• Manage relationships and performance of vendors and SLAs to maximise value for money.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules in line with global standards.
• Manage annual operating budgets for facilities services and track expenditure.
