Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior WE&O Manager to oversee day-to-day onsite operations for two Australian commercial office locations. You will drive safe, compliant operations with engineering coordination, vendor performance, and service recovery, deputising for the WE&O Lead, ANZ as required to ensure continuity of leadership.

As the operational 2IC, you will oversee governance, KPIs, and performance across regional offices and retail branches, while guiding continuous improvement and risk management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of integrated facilities management, workplace services, or property management, including leadership experience.
• Experience with financial services clients or highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations in Australia.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day onsite operations and service delivery for two commercial office locations.
• Provide governance and performance management for service delivery across regional offices and retail branches.
• Manage budgets, vendor performance, and procurement governance across the portfolio.
• Lead operational reviews with stakeholders and vendors; drive continuous improvement and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and client standards; maintain SOPs across sites.
