Job summary

WeWork Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Community Lead to be the heart of our Sydney community, overseeing hospitality, member engagement, and building operations across the site. This on-site role requires daily presence in the buildings with a focus on delivering a premium member experience.

You will lead a customer-centric team, partner with Leasing to drive occupancy, analyze data to improve satisfaction, and ensure consistent, high-quality service for diverse members and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hospitality, multi-unit retail, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated hospitality and manage member feedback, using NPS trends to drive improvements.
• Own on-site building operations, ensure safety standards, handling service requests and maintenance priorities.
• Collaborate with Leasing to conduct high-impact tours and pursue revenue growth opportunities.
