Job summary

QBE is seeking a Senior Claims Officer to manage a portfolio of large and complex commercial property claims. You will leverage technical expertise, a customer-centric focus, and resilience to deliver outcomes while growing with a leading insurer.

Qualifications

• Must have commercial property claims experience.
• ISR experience advantageous but not compulsory.

About You

To succeed and grow in this role, you will bring:

• Must have commercial property claims experience
• ISR (Industrial Special Risks) experience advantageous but not compulsory
• A calm and resilient approach, with the confidence to make sound decisions even under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide customers and stakeholders through complex situations with clarity and empathy
• Solid computer skills, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to prioritise effectively
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and embracing change
