Job summary

QBE is seeking a Senior Claims Officer to manage a portfolio of large and complex commercial property claims. You will leverage technical expertise, a customer-centric focus, and resilience to deliver outcomes while growing with a leading insurer.

Qualifications

• Must have commercial property claims experience.
• ISR experience advantageous but not compulsory.
• Calm and resilient approach, with the confidence to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide customers and stakeholders through complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage an end-to-end portfolio of commercial property claims with support from experienced leaders.
• Deliver a superior customer experience through clear communication across verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, customers, suppliers and internal partners.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• Help drive continuous improvement across the broader claims function by applying expertise and insights.
