Job summary

All IT Solutions in Canberra is seeking a hands-on Level 3 Support Engineer to join our MSP team. You will own complex escalations across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers and cybersecurity while mentoring the team and delivering projects for SMB clients.

This is a senior technical role with real ownership and variety, influencing how we deliver service and support in a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT support or systems engineering experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft stack: M365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure.
Solid networking, Windows Server, Active Directory and virtualization experience.
Practical cybersecurity knowledge and a security-first mindset.
Excellent communication and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
Previous MSP experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Escalation point for complex incidents involving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, networking and security.
Lead and deliver client projects (migrations, security uplift, cloud deployments, onboarding).
Design, build and maintain client environments (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Mentor Level 1/2 engineers and improve documentation and processes.
Attend client sites when required and explore practical new technologies.
