Job summary

PrompCorp is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee cleaning and related services across client sites in Australia. This hands-on leadership role focuses on efficient delivery, workforce management and strong client relationships to meet contractual and quality standards.

You will manage staffing, budgets and safety compliance while driving continuous improvement in service delivery and operational performance. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service operations and delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client sites.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Track record of improving service quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in rostering, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organising and managing day-to-day delivery of cleaning and related services.
• Ensure contractual requirements, service levels and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement operational plans, work schedules and staffing.
• Lead cleaning staff, allocate work, train and appraise performance.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, consumables and resources across sites.
• Monitor service quality via inspections and audits, implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary service contact.
• Handle client concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and monitor budgets including labour and materials costs.
• Ensure delivery follows WHS, environmental obligations and company policies.
