Job summary

Adept Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of cleaning contracts across Sydney and NSW. This hands-on role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating cleaning teams, and maintaining service standards.

You will oversee daily operations, rostering, recruitment, and quality assurance, travel between sites and use Adept Suite to monitor performance. The role demands proactive, organised leadership and decisive execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning operations across multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to manage frontline teams and client relationships.
• Strong rostering, recruitment, site inspections and day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of cleaning contracts, labour efficiency and operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of cleaning sites, ensuring contracted services are delivered.
• Build relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
• Coordinate cleaners, recruitment, rostering, and replacement coverage.
• Oversee daily operations, schedules, attendance and service delivery.
• Ensure safety procedures, client requirements and company standards are met.
