Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery across national contract cleaning portfolio with high client retention.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyse operational and financial performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee safety, quality and environmental compliance across sites.
• Coach and support teams; manage resource planning and equipment use.
• Participate in tenders, onboarding, and client presentations.
