Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand seeks Expressions of Interest for experienced Cleaning Service Managers across the Sydney Metropolitan area and South-West Sydney. You will oversee day-to-day operations, deliver high-standard cleaning services, and drive client satisfaction for government buildings and schools.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Cleaning Operations required.
• Current NSW Driver License required.
• Must hold or be able to obtain NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Government Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large frontline employee base, rosters, and payroll.
• Liaise regularly with clients and staff to ensure service delivery.
• Apply HSE practices, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Deliver cleaning services per contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Support learning and development opportunities within the team.
