Job summary

PCA is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Civil & Ground Engineering to oversee multiple crews across civil, drilling, piling, concrete and rope access on sites across Australia. This role coordinates work fronts, makes on‑the‑ground decisions with Project Managers and Engineers, and ensures safety, quality and on‑program delivery while keeping stakeholders updated.

Regular travel to regional and remote projects is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction with multiple crews.
• Background in two or more of civil works, drilling, piling, concrete or rope access.
• White Card, First Aid/CPR training and safety systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence daily activities to meet program targets.
• Allocate plant, labour and subcontractors across fronts.
• Drive productivity while ensuring safety standards.
• Maintain QA and project-spec compliance.
• Provide updates to site management.
