Job summary

PCA Ground Engineering is a specialist ground engineering and civil construction contractor operating across Australia. This site-based role supports a Project Manager, coordinating labour, plant and programs while managing scope changes to drive project outcomes.

You'll gain experience in QA compliance, documentation, and contract management, with travel across NSW and QLD. We’re a fast-growing leader in piling, anchors, earth retention and deep foundations, offering progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer with ground engineering exposure (piling, anchoring, retention, deep foundations).
• Strong contract management, documentation and reporting capabilities.
• QA compliance awareness; experience with CivilPro or similar QA/ITP software is a plus.
• Safety‑first mindset with commercially savvy problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour, plant and programs for projects under the Project Manager.
• Manage scope changes and variations; ensure QA compliance across the project.
• Assist in driving engineering and commercial outcomes alongside senior leadership.
• Support career development by building project management experience.
