Zusammenfassung

Westpac’s Optimisation team in Sydney seeks a Senior Operations Improvement professional to partner with Home Lending Operations, Mortgage Delivery and enterprise teams. You will identify problems, assess opportunities and shape practical solutions to enhance customer outcomes and operational performance.

You will lead analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery of improvement workstreams, and support design and implementation of initiatives using Agile and Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in consulting, business transformation or enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience supporting cross-functional squads or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Coaching exposure on Operational Excellence or continuous improvement programs.
• Relevant improvement qualifications such as Lean Six Sigma.

Aufgaben

• Partner with stakeholders across Home Lending Operations, Mortgage Delivery and enterprise teams to identify problems, assess opportunities and develop solutions.
• Lead analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery of improvement workstreams.
• Support the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives using Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Challenge and influence stakeholders to improve solution design, execution and value delivery.
• Help embed change and drive sustainable operational improvements.
