Job summary

Western Union is seeking a Change Manager to lead the design and execution of change strategies across complex transformations, regulatory and remediation programs within a banking/financial services context.

You will partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to drive readiness, communications and training, ensuring sustainable behavioural and process change and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Change Management or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting large-scale remediation, compliance, risk or regulatory programs preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Communications or related discipline.
• Prosci, ACMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Advanced change management and stakeholder engagement with strong capabilities in readiness, impact assessment, communications, training and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead change impact assessments to identify customer, agent, process, policy, system and operational impacts.
• Engage stakeholders and align change priorities with program objectives.
• Develop and coordinate communications strategies, change messaging and training plans.
• Execute change management plans and support rollout activities for remediation initiatives.
• Monitor readiness, training completion, engagement and adoption metrics; report and address risks.
