Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Change Manager - Data Capability & Adoption to lead the enterprise change governance system and AI literacy initiative across key commercial pillars. You will co-own value realisation with Product and Business leaders, shaping adoption standards within agile product lifecycles.

You will manage a small team of Change Managers, partner with P&C, and engage executive stakeholders to embed data and AI adoption into delivery. Hybrid Sydney or Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in change management within data/AI context.
• Ability to mentor senior change professionals and manage vendor partners.
• Proven track record establishing governance standards and adoption metrics.

Responsabilités

• Oversee product adoption landing for Data & AI products across pillars.
• Establish adoption metrics, baselines, and value tracking.
• Design and mature the Change Management framework and governance.
