Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Change Governance Product lead within the Portfolio, Performance and Delivery team to shape vision, strategy and roadmap, delivering a more efficient, user-focused governance experience across the organisation.

You will partner with business, technology, risk and delivery teams to prioritise investments, drive data- and AI-enabled enhancements, and continuously improve customer outcomes, operations and risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change governance, risk or product leadership in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs and investments.
• Experience turning operations into customer-focused digital products/services.
• Knowledge of governance/risk frameworks; using data/insights for decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Change Governance Product, setting vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Lead product enhancements including data and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive adoption across stakeholder groups and use insights to improve outcomes.
