Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Divisional Data Officer to lead governance across People & Culture, ensuring data is owned, managed and used responsibly. You will partner with business, technology and risk to embed governance practices and support key data initiatives.

You will guide data management activities, strengthen data literacy, and enable risk-aware decision making aligned with enterprise standards. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data governance, data management or data risk within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management and data quality.
