Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking a Change Readiness Consultant to lead high-volume change initiatives under guidance from the Readiness Lead and Senior Managers, coordinating with senior stakeholders to drive adoption.

You will deliver impact assessments, change communications, risk tracking, and adoption support, while building AI-optimised templates and a best-practice tools library.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years coordinating and delivering business change initiatives and readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess impacts, manage risks and solve problems proactively.
• Experience developing communications, learning materials and adoption resources.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and AI/digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume change initiatives under guidance of Readiness Lead and Senior Managers.
• Complete impact assessments and deliver change communications.
• Raise risks and track progress while helping teams adapt to change.
• Develop and enhance change tools and templates with AI-optimised resources.
• Build a best-practice library of templates and resources for adoption.
