Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in data platforms, technology products or enterprise capabilities in financial services or similar complex data-driven environments.
• Product management experience, including defining roadmaps, investment priorities and delivering outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of data governance and modern data platform architecture, with ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience driving innovation through AI, machine learning, automation or advanced analytics, with hands-on willingness to explore emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build partnerships and lead strategic initiatives across a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking balancing regulatory requirements, resilience and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and passion for innovation in data and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategy and roadmap for a globally significant data portfolio spanning market data, reference data and infrastructure services.
