Macquarie Group is seeking a Change Manager to lead and embed complex operational risk initiatives across business and risk teams. You will develop practical change strategies for new frameworks, operating models, processes and controls, and drive engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities to ensure adoption and sustainment across the organisation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in change management within financial services or similar environments.
• Proven track record delivering change strategies across organisation, culture, and behaviour.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and diverse teams.
• Excellent communication: translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messages.
• Experience delivering change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training, and readiness activities.
