Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks an experienced leader to drive the development and implementation of the process architecture framework for a major transformation programme. You will ensure standards, governance and best practice across design activities, aligning business capabilities with strategic objectives.

You will coach and guide a team of process designers, collaborating with business, technology, risk and change stakeholders to influence decisions and prioritise transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process architecture, business architecture or enterprise architecture with a strong process-led background.
• Proven experience leading process architecture for large-scale transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end process design, process management and modelling frameworks.
• Experience coaching and assuring the work of process designers or process modelling teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the process architecture framework across a major transformation programme.
• Ensure consistent standards, governance and best practice across process design activities.
• Define future-state processes and ensure alignment between business capabilities, operating models and strategic objectives.
• Provide architectural oversight and quality assurance across deliverables and guide the team of process designers.
• Use process insights to identify opportunities for improvement and influence senior stakeholders on direction and prioritisation of transformation initiatives.
