Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking an Ag ile Delivery & Ways of Working Lead (Senior Manager) to advance agile, product‑led work across the People & Culture function. You will partner with product managers, delivery leads and teams to lift capability, improve prioritisation and drive measurable outcomes at scale.

You will enhance cross‑team visibility and coach at all levels, building organizational capability through targeted training and data‑driven feedback in a hybrid, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in agile delivery, product operating models or transformation programs, with some exposure to the P&C domain.
• Proven ability to accelerate agile adoption and improve delivery outcomes at scale.
• Experience partnering with product managers, delivery leads and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the shift to agile, product‑led ways of working across People & Culture.
• Partner with product managers, delivery leads and teams to lift capability and delivery clarity.
• Embed prioritisation, planning and delivery with consistent approaches and metrics.
• Enhance cross‑team visibility, flow and predictability; coach teams at scale.
• Foster continuous improvement through outcome‑based measures and data‑driven feedback.
