Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT – Epping NSW invites applications for a Senior Change Analyst. This role focuses on delivering people-centred change across residential aged care, home care and corporate services.

You will collaborate with Change Partners, Project Leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption and sustain transformation. The position suits an experienced change professional who thrives on collaboration, engagement and delivering meaningful business outcomes within a not-for-profit

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Change Management, Change Analysis, Business Transformation or Organisational Change roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale business, process, technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption activities.
• Knowledge of structured change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience within Aged Care, Healthcare, Retirement Living or a highly regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of change initiatives across strategic projects and programs.
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify risks, impacts, and readiness needs.
• Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement plans to drive adoption.
• Create key change artefacts, including impact assessments, stakeholder plans, and readiness reports.
• Identify and mitigate change risks, resistance, and adoption barriers.
• Partner with project teams, business leaders, SMEs, and Learning & Development to achieve change outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness activities to support successful implementation.
• Monitor readiness, stakeholder sentiment, and adoption metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Support transition and embedding activities to ensure sustainable business outcomes.
