Job summary

Seven Consulting Pty is seeking a Senior Change Analyst (Contract) to work with clients on change management initiatives across multiple engagements in Sydney. You will collaborate with senior team members to deliver end-to-end change programs.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, stakeholder engagement, and applying a mix of PMO practices, Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Organizational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking briefs from clients
• Analysing a client's business particularly where there is a potential impact from change
• Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
• Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
• Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
• Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods
• Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change during and after the project
