Job summary

Seven Consulting is a leading Australian program delivery and change management firm with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Manila. We seek a Senior Change Analyst to work with clients on change management across engagements, mentored by senior colleagues and involved in end-to-end delivery.

You will bring 2–3 years of Change Management experience, a relevant degree, and strong MS Office skills. Eligibility is for Australian citizens or residents with work rights.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles.
• Degree in relevant field such as Psychology, HR, Communications or Project Management.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to contribute to the Change Management Practice.

Responsibilities

• Taking briefs from clients.
• Analysing a client's business where change may impact.
• Meeting and presenting to stakeholders; preparing documents and slides.
• Proposing tactics to manage organisational changes for a project.
• Executing plans, scheduling, reporting progress, raising risks and issues.
• Applying PM principles plus Agile, Waterfall and blended methods.
• Providing support to recipients of change during and after the project.
