Gallagher Bassett in Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our growing team. You will lead end-to-end case management across workers' compensation rehabilitation, collaborating with insurers, injured workers, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal return-to-work outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management within a Workers' Compensation setting.
• Customer focused approach with ability to build trust and rapport.
• A team player who can coach and mentor others.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Highly developed communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Advising and providing case management support across rehabilitation cases (50–65) at various stages of return to work.
• Engaging with insured employers, injured employees, rehabilitation professionals, medical practitioners and legal providers to achieve outcomes.
• Supporting needs of injured workers through mental health, technical, and rehabilitation hubs.
• Contributing to return to work outcomes and managing end-to-end claims lifecycle.
• Coaching and mentoring case managers and collaborating with support hubs.
