Job summary

Martian Logic Pty is seeking a SaaS Account Manager in Sydney to manage enterprise client relationships and drive adoption of the Martian Logic platform. You will identify up-sell opportunities, oversee onboarding, and partner with product and support teams to optimise client satisfaction.

You will excel at building strategic relationships, negotiating with stakeholders, and communicating effectively in a fast-paced growth environment, delivering measurable revenue impact for the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SaaS account management or similar client-facing roles.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS accounts and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing product adoption.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve client concerns and optimise experience.
• Track and report on account performance metrics and revenue impact.
