Job summary

Martian Logic Pty, an Australian HR SaaS platform, is seeking a senior marketing leader to own demand generation strategy and execution for a growing B2B organization. You will drive MQLs and SQLs, manage a multi-channel campaign team, and partner with sales to ensure seamless pipeline handoffs and revenue alignment.

You will optimize events, website, paid social, EDMs and ABM, mentor a Field Marketing Manager and a specialist, and provide full-funnel reporting with multi-touch attribution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading demand generation and team members in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of generating discovery calls and booked software demos.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo).
• Experience across multi-channel campaigns: events, paid social, EDMs, and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execution to meet growth targets.
• Lead and mentor a marketing execution team across channels.
