Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience developing customer-centric solutions and value propositions.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities through customer, market, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and refine customer value propositions across products and services.
• Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and portfolio optimisation.
• Prepare business cases, commercial assessments, and financial models.
• Translate business requirements into strategic recommendations and actionable initiatives.
• Analyse product performance, customer adoption, and commercial outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and strategic planning sessions.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on customers, revenue, profitability, and operations.
• Create executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations.
