Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience developing customer-centric solutions and value propositions.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimisation.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst (Commercial), you will work closely with Product Managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to identify market opportunities, develop compelling customer value propositions, and support strategic decision‑making. Combining customer insights, market analysis, and commercial expertise, you'll help drive product innovation, improve customer outcomes, and contribute to business growth.

You’ll bring:

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience developing customer‑centric solutions and value propositions.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, and portfolio optimisation.
• Proven capability in commercial analysis, revenue assessment, and business case development.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication abilities.
• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools.
