Job summary

Teachers Mutual Bank Limited (TMBL) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to drive lending initiatives and enhance member experiences. You will analyse requirements, map processes, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to readiness, testing, and implementation across lending platforms in a banking environment.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers collaboration, flexibility, and opportunities to influence lending outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Australian lending products and processes.
• Experience in lending transformation, digital banking, mortgage origination.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks incl NCCP, APRA, ASIC.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum/hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to define business needs.
• Map processes, identify gaps, and assess impact.
• Translate requirements with tech teams and delivery partners.
