Job summary

Teachers Mutual Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end analysis for a major AML/CTF program. You will facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, and partner with stakeholders, SMEs, compliance and technology teams to deliver compliant solutions.

The role focuses on process improvement, regulatory alignment and operational excellence within a dynamic, risk-focused environment. A hybrid working model is available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in complex projects.
• Strong AML/CTF experience with exposure to Part A and Part B requirements.
• Outstanding requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and discovery activities.
• Strong process mapping and documentation capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across a significant AML/CTF program.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions to elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, compliance teams, technology teams and vendors to define and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Produce key BA artefacts including process maps, business requirements, user stories, gap analyses and solution documentation.
• Support Agile delivery practices including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and business readiness activities.
• Analyse current and future-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement and regulatory compliance enhancements.
• Ensure requirements are understood, validated and aligned to business objectives and regulatory obligations.
