Teachers Mutual Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organisation.

You will develop scalable analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL and Microsoft Azure, translating business challenges into measurable outcomes and partnering with stakeholders across the bank to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in turning data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Translate complex business problems into analytical questions and actionable insights.
• Develop high-quality dashboards, reports and self-service analytics using Power BI.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Design and maintain semantic and data models that support performance and usability.
• Support data ingestion and transformation using Azure services.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and define meaningful success measures.
• Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to automate, optimise and modernise analytics solutions.
• Contribute to experimentation and proof-of-concepts using data and analytics.
• Support the adoption of new analytics tools and capabilities across the organisation.
