Qualifications

• Own and drive the category P&L, analyze financial opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Lead new business development for assigned categories/brands; forecast, analyze, report.
• Drive selection expansion to maximize profitability.
• Champion customer needs through data-driven insights and site features.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships; onboarding to category teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor developments.
• Prioritize tasks while balancing tactical and strategic work.
