Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager for the Books category in Australia. The role focuses on building strong supplier partnerships, expanding the brand portfolio, and driving data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and profitability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, finance, supply chain, and external partners, while maintaining a customer-centric approach to growth and long-term supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of account, project, program management or buying experience.
• Experience in making data driven business decisions.
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
• 6+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the category P&L with rigorous financial analysis.
• Lead new business development for assigned categories/brands, including forecasting and negotiations.
• Drive selection expansion to maximize Amazon's profitability.
• Champion customer needs with data-driven insights and site features.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships and onboarding.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge of seasonality and trends, monitor competitors.
• Prioritize tasks and operate in both tactical and strategic modes.
