atWork Australia seeks an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead the BI function and drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation. This 12-month contract focuses on high-impact reporting, analytics, and data solutions that influence executive decisions and business performance.

You will lead a team of 5, develop dashboards, ensure data quality, and partner with Finance, Operations and Executives to deliver strategic outcomes.

Formación

• We're looking for a commercially minded BI leader who can translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
• Extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data Management leadership roles.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience working with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Proven people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Business Intelligence function across atWork Australia leading a team of 5 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
• Drive data quality, governance, and a "single source of truth" approach
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to support commercial outcomes
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities
• Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing business requirements
• Provide advanced analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Mentor and develop BI team members while fostering a customer-focused culture
• Support ongoing innovation, process improvement and data maturity across the business
