Job summary

Drivetrain Australia, a subsidiary of Engenco Limited, invites a Business Development Manager - QLD to join on a permanent full-time basis. You will lead strategic growth across parts, service, and capital equipment, targeting new products, markets and customers within the Australian mining sector.

The role demands 5+ years in sales within off-highway/mining, strong BD, negotiation and project management skills, plus solid knowledge of mining equipment and driveline components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in off-highway/mining with BD focus.
• Strong relationship development and management skills.
• Technical knowledge of mining equipment and driveline components.
• Good understanding of Mining markets in Australia.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent B2B sales, negotiation and project management abilities.
• Relevant education qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, bids and budget estimates for spare parts, Axle and transmission sales, MRO projects and capital sales opportunities.
• Prepare service and maintenance proposals.
• Provide support in pricing development for the portfolio.
• Prepare life cycle maintenance cost estimates for capital equipment proposals, Axle and transmission components and spare parts proposals.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to provide value added solutions to customers.
• Develop, manage, execute and monitor all functions relating to strategic business development sales process for the assigned territory.
• Work collaboratively at all times with the branch network and key stakeholders assisting in the continued review and revision of our targeted value propositions and execute long cycle strategic sales plans.
