Drivetrain Australia, a subsidiary of Engenco Limited, seeks a Business Development Manager for Queensland on a permanent full-time basis. You will drive new product and market growth, develop pricing strategies and capital equipment proposals while collaborating with the branch network to deliver value to mining customers.

Essentially, you will lead sales efforts, manage long-cycle deals, and expand the spare parts and service portfolio.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years sales experience in off-highway/mining industries.
• Advanced relationship development and management skills.
• Sound knowledge of mining equipment and driveline components.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong problem solving and demonstrated project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage, execute and monitor all functions relating to strategic business development sales process for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with branch network and stakeholders to refine value propositions and execute long-cycle sales plans.
• Prepare quotations, bids and budget estimates for spare parts, MRO projects and capital sales opportunities.
• Prepare service and maintenance proposals.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to provide value-added solutions to customers.
