Drivetrain Australia, a subsidiary of Engenco Limited, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Queensland to drive new product and market growth across parts, service and capital equipment.

In this role you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage long-cycle B2B relationships, and collaborate with branches to deliver value propositions. The successful candidate will have extensive mining industry experience and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in off-highway/mining industry.
• Strong relationship development and management skills.
• Trade or engineering background.
• Good understanding of Australian mining markets.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Excellent B2B long-cycle sales and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, bids and budgets for spare parts, MRO projects and capital sales.
• Prepare service and maintenance proposals.
• Assist pricing development for portfolio.
• Prepare life cycle cost estimates for capital equipment proposals.
• Coordinate with departments to provide value-added solutions.
