Baker Hughes Inc. in Australia is seeking a Sales Senior Specialist to drive customer-facing sales of Artificial Lift equipment across the APAC region.

You will develop business plans for product lines, lead complex sales cycles, and build strong customer relationships with service companies, end users, EPC contractors, and channel partners. The role requires deep knowledge of pump systems, with a track record of meeting quotas, pricing negotiations, and delivering value across mining,

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in pump industry sales, business development, or application engineering.
• Experience identifying and developing new market opportunities within mining, industrial, power, water, metals, or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex sales cycles involving end users, consultants, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating large capital equipment and service agreements.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumping systems, reliability programs, and asset performance improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in APAC Region.
• Handling the Sales and Technical support of Horizontal Pumping system (HPS).
• Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of all customers within APAC region for Artificial Lift Systems (ALS).
• Building and maintaining positive relations with our customers and developing close relationships to maximize knowledge on upcoming opportunities.
• Contributing to frameworks for pricing and conditions and be able to negotiate individual deals local to your territory.
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Handling diverse clients in the APAC region.
