Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Senior Specialist to drive Artificial Lift sales across the MEANTI and APAC regions, building strategic plans and close customer relationships. You will lead technical discussions, coordinate with service teams, and push for strong commercial outcomes.

The role emphasizes identifying opportunities, negotiating large capital equipment deals, and collaborating with channel partners to expand market presence in a dynamic energy sector.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in pump industry sales, business development, or application engineering.
• Experience identifying and developing new market opportunities within mining, industrial, power, water, metals, or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles involving end users, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating large capital equipment and service agreements.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumping systems, reliability programs, and asset performance improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in MEANTI Region.
• Provide Sales and Technical support for Horizontal Pumping system (HPS).
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of all customer within MENTI region for Artificial Lift Systems (ALS).
• Build and maintain positive relations with customers and develop close relationships to maximize knowledge on upcoming opportunities.
• Contribute to frameworks for pricing and conditions and be able to negotiate individual deals local to your territory.
• Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
• Handle diverse clients in the APAC region.
