Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive Artificial Lift equipment sales across MEANTI and APAC markets. You will lead technical sales, support HPS products, and manage complex negotiations with end users, EPCs, and channel partners.

Role requires strong knowledge of rotating equipment, reliability programs, and asset performance improvement. The team emphasizes safety, collaboration, and delivering value across the energy value chain.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pump industry sales or business development.
• Experience identifying and developing new market opportunities in mining, industrial, power, water, metals, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven success in leading complex sales cycles involving end users, EPC contractors, and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in MEANTI Region.
• Handling the Sales and Technical support of Horizontal Pumping system (HPS).
• This product line requires good technical knowledge of HPS system.
• Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of all customer within MENTI region for Artificial Lift Systems (ALS)
• Building and maintaining positive relations with our customers and developing close relationships to maximize knowledge on upcoming opportunities
• Contributing to frameworks for pricing and conditions and be able to negotiate individual deals local to your territory
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
• Handling diverse clients in the APAC region.
