Qantas Group is seeking a Senior Analyst Pattern Planning & Rostering based at our Mascot campus. You will optimise patterns and rosters for Cabin Crew, ensuring stability, cost efficiency and compliance with enterprise agreements. Build insights, respond to queries, and lead ad hoc projects.

The role requires a degree in aviation, business or finance or 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI. Jeppesen knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in aviation, business or finance or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Jeppesen experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Construct compliant flying patterns and rosters for Cabin Crew.
• Respond to crew queries and support business decisions with analysis.
• Identify process improvements and drive ad hoc projects.
