Qantas Airways is seeking a Senior Analyst Pattern Planning & Rostering to optimise cabin crew patterns and rosters, driving operational stability and cost efficiency. You will build compliant flying patterns, respond to crew queries, and support business decisions.

You will excel in data analysis with Excel and Power BI, engage stakeholders, and apply a commercial, detail-focused mindset to continuous improvement. This role is a permanent full-time position at the Mascot campus.

Qualifications

• A degree in aviation, business, finance or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities

• Optimise and build flying patterns and rosters for Cabin Crew.
• Ensure operational stability and cost efficiency in rostering.
• Provide actionable insights and analysis to multiple stakeholders.
• Construct compliant flying patterns and respond to crew queries; manage ad hoc projects.
