Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in crew planning and/or operations area.
• Broad understanding of the Australian industrial framework, Company Policy and CASA regulations.
• Proven ability to work in a team, stay motivated and focused under pressure.
• Flexible to adapt to operational needs and evolving practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and operational environment for the Training Scheduling team.
• Act as SME, providing training and guidance on duties, interpretation of awards and legislation.
• Support the team during periods of high training volume and collaborate with stakeholders across the Qantas Group.
