Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Training Planning Analyst Flight Crew to manage the planning and operational environment for the Training Scheduling team at Mascot Corporate Campus. This role serves as a subject matter expert, training teammates on duties, awards interpretation, and procedures while ensuring adherence to department guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Exemplary communication skills and ability to build relationships across stakeholders at all levels.
• Two years’ experience in crew planning and/or operations.
• Broad understanding of the Australian Industrial framework, Company Policy, CASA regulations and EBA interpretation skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork, motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to operational needs and changing practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and ownership of actions.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Training Systems e.g. FOX, Jeppesen Systems and ARMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and operational environment for the Training Scheduling team.
• Provide assistance and training to Coordinator Training Scheduling and Flight Crew team members on duties, awards, legislations, and procedures.
• Support the training scheduling function during peak training periods and coordinate with stakeholders across the Qantas Group.
