Qantas is seeking a competent training operations professional to join our Flight Crew scheduling and training team in Mascot, Sydney. This 24-month fixed-term, full-time role involves rosters planning, scheduling and coordinating training to support our flight operations.

You will work within a busy team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industrial obligations, and develop efficient rostering processes that align with the training program and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering and training logistics.

Responsibilities

• Replan, monitor and amend Flight Crew training schedules.
